7. Do you ship your jewellery worldwide?

Yes we do with the exception of situations that are beyond our control and may not allow us to do so. If we are unable to deliver your order we will refund it.

8. Could you deliver a piece of jewellery before the standard order time?

It depends on the current orders in process but please do let us know your desired date and we will do our best to accommodate your request

9. Where do you make your accessories?

We ethically make our accessories in Italy by using the finest fabrics and we are proud to collaborate only with the most reputable family-run textile factories in Italy. We use local craftsmen who have years of experience and have also produced for major fashion houses.

10. Where do you make your jewellery?

The majority of our jewellery are one of a kind and handmade with love in London with the exception of a few made to order - bespoke items that we make in Athens and these are available in limited quantities.

12. Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer worldwide express shipping and our preferred courier provider is DHL Express, items ordered before 12 pm CET time usually get delivered within 1 to 3 business working days.

14. What is your return policy for jewelry?

We want you to be happy with your order and we offer a hassle-free return policy for our customers. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. We will organize the courier for you to pick up your order and send it back to us.

Please note will not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons or on items that had bespoke requests. 

15. I wear my scarves all the time and sometimes on tight knots, how can I get rid of the creases?

 You can use a home steamer for garments and they will look like new within 1 minute or you can also carefully iron the scarves at a low temperature but please avoid ironing the handrolled edges.

16. How do you clean the scarves?

We recommend dry cleaning. Clients told us that they had no issues washing them carefully in cold water but we would only officially recommend you to dry clean your accessories to make sure that they will keep their vivid colours forever.

 17. Do you offer gift packaging on every order?

Yes, all our products come with beautiful luxury packaging and they are ready to be handed as gifts either for you or for your loved ones.

 18. Can you avoid including the invoice inside the order? I would like to send an accessory directly to someone as a gift.

Certainly we can do that, just email us your request or write us a comment when you place an order with us and we will handle your order accordingly.

19. I saw a product on Instagram and I would like to buy it but I am not sure which one is it can you help me identify it?

It depends on your jurisdiction, your goverment policy about import tax and often on the amount of the order. We dispatch most of the orders from London, UK so please take this into consideration.
