Please note Labradorites have inclusions and imperfections they are also softer stones and more prone in cracks than sapphires and diamonds so you should avoid cleaning them with an ultrasonic. You can just use mild soap and a soft cloth or a soft toothbrush.

4. Use the measuring tape or ruler to measure the distance across the widest part of the inside of the ring.
5. Take note of the measurement in millimeters
6. Refer to the below ring size chart to determine your ring size based on the measurement you obtained.
7. If you are between two sizes, it is recommended to choose the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

The estimated handling time is 1-3 business days we ship from London, UK.

The preferred method of shipment is DHL Express & Parcelforce but we may use other carriers if necessary.

We offer free worldwide shipping above £130 orders at the moment and free standard shipping 2-5 days to Europe.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you’re delighted with your order but if your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you can exchange or return the item within 7 days from the date that the order was delivered to you as long as it meets the below requirements: 

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • If you have purchased the item from a boutique or another online store you will need to contact them for the return and the refund and follow their process.
  • The item was not discounted
  • The item was not bespoke or made to order e.g. Jewellery

 

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. 

 

RETURNING AN ITEM

Once the item is returned back at our facility, It will take us 48 hours to process the exchange or the refund and you will be notified via email once the process is fully completed.

You will be responsible to pay the shipping costs and for sending the item back to us.

GENERAL PRODUCT CARE

  • Gold is generally a beautiful and quite durable metal. A lot of people wear their gold jewellery everyday, some all the time ignoring the risks however you need to protect your beautiful things from knocks, scratches against walls, rubbing against surfaces and any other jewellery as the metal or your gemstones can still get scratched or damaged.
General Rules:
  • Remove your jewellery before taking a shower, gardening, sport activities or swimming
  • Do not rub them against any hard surfaces and do not pull the chains or put pressure on the pieces
  • Gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth and avoid contact with oils and creams
  • Avoid perfuming your jewellery or bringing them in contact with any kind of chemicals
  • Place them in the Cyclades Boxes or Pouches for protection
  • Store your Cyclades pieces separately so they don’t rub against each other which will result in scratches
  • Store your opal jewelry away from humidity or jot temperatures. Do not put them in contact with water as they they absorb it and it might result to blurriness and change of fire play.  
  • Do not clean your moonstone and emerald jewelry with an ultrasonic.
  • Use a mild chemical free soap, a soft cloth or a soft toothbrush and brush gently to clean and refresh your gold jewelry. 

     

      In the unlikely event that your jewellery has a problem that is not associated to not following the general jewellery product care guide we will complimentary repair it for you for the first year from the date of your order.

      If you are a UK customer your jewellery will be hallmarked by the Goldsmiths British Assay Office. If you are a non UK customer it may arrive with standard hallmarking but you can still ask us to send it for UK hallmarking by adding a note on the checkout page.
