SHIPPING AND RETURNS
The estimated handling time is 1-3 business days we ship from London, UK.
The preferred method of shipment is DHL Express & Parcelforce but we may use other carriers if necessary.

USA , Canada: 2-4 working days
Asia & Australia: 2-5 working days
We offer free worldwide shipping above £130 orders at the moment and free standard shipping 2-5 days to Europe.
Your order will come with prepaid VAT - import tax duty so you should not incur any additional custom charges.

We hope you’re delighted with your order but if your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you can exchange or return the item within 7 days from the date that the order was delivered to you as long as it meets the below requirements:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- If you have purchased the item from a boutique or another online store you will need to contact them for the return and the refund and follow their process.
- The item was not discounted
- The item was not bespoke or made to order e.g. Jewellery
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
RETURNING AN ITEM
If you would like to return your item for an exchange or a refund please email us at email@example.com to send you details about the process.
Once the item is returned back at our facility, It will take us 48 hours to process the exchange or the refund and you will be notified via email once the process is fully completed.
You will be responsible to pay the shipping costs and for sending the item back to us.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Once the item is returned back to Cyclades, It will take us 48 hours to process the exchange or the refund and you will be notified via email once the process is fully completed. Please note that any Shipping delivery (If appropriate) is not refunded and the costs to return the item will be your responsibility.

In the unlikely event that your jewellery has a problem that is not associated to not following the general jewellery product care guide we will complimentary repair it for you for the first year from the date of your order.
If you are a UK customer your jewellery will be hallmarked by the Goldsmiths British Assay Office. If you are a non UK customer it may arrive with standard hallmarking but you can still ask us to send it for UK hallmarking by adding a note on the checkout page.
